These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and CK 44 ("we", "us", "the platform"). The following activities are strictly prohibited on CK 44. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

CK 44 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, CK 44 may withhold the account balance pending investigation.
